Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Leasing professional, located in Gurugram. The role involves conducting sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and offering tailored leasing solutions. The role also requires continuous communication with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing retail leasing opportunities for the company.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, from identifying properties to closing deals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations for retail stores and businesses.
• Maintain and build relationships with landlords, property owners, and developers in key areas of Delhi NCR.
• Regularly visit sites to evaluate and update leasing portfolios and prospects.
• Work closely with the retail development team to align leasing strategies with business goals
• Visit potential properties, evaluate them based on criteria, and report findings.

• Experience in Real Estate

  with a focus on

  Retail Leasing

• Strong understanding of the

  Delhi NCR market

  (Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi).
