Your role as a Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Manager will be based in Noida/NCR on a full-time basis. As the Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing sales and leasing activities for commercial properties. This entails developing and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, devising effective marketing strategies, negotiating transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with overseeing property listings, arranging property viewings, and handling lease agreements and sales contracts. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and real property management skills, along with a solid background in Commercial Real Estate. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential, as well as exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities. Your success will also hinge on your proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. While a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field is preferred, prior experience in the New Delhi/NCR real estate market will be advantageous.
