Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Leasing and Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Commercial Leasing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, managing sales processes, negotiating leases, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
