Commercial Real Estate Analyst

As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Representative at Wells Fargo in Bangalore, you will be responsible for evaluating moderately complex financial performance of borrowers and guarantors based on various factors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing historical cash flows and developing proforma based on historical property performance and market data. - Evaluating existing leases within properties to determine possible impact on cash flows. - Reviewing loan documents and summarizing key facts and ongoing covenants to be maintained by borrowers. - Conducting market research on real estate using third-party applications and comparing subject property performance against market data. - Reviewing third-party documents such as appraisals and property condition assessment reports. - Documenting and synthesizing findings from reviews. - Quality checking work performed by junior team members and providing feedback. - Disseminating feedback received from onshore team members to the team. - Providing training to team members and educating them on different scenarios. - Communicating with Asset Managers to ensure delivery of desired output.
