We are hiring an experienced Office Property Manager to oversee daily operations of office buildings.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of office properties
Handle tenant relations and office lease administration
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses & manage CAM reconciliations
Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and service contracts
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance
Requirements:
3+ years experience managing office properties
Strong knowledge of office leases & building operations
Experience with property management software (Yardi/MRI/AppFolio preferred)
Good communication, reporting & organizational skills
