Job Title: Commercial Photographer (Mandatory into Fashion, Product, Industrial)

Location: Gultekdi, Pune (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Commercial Photographer to produce high-quality visual content for marketing, advertising, branding, and commercial use. The role involves conceptualizing, shooting, and editing images that align with brand guidelines and client requirements while maintaining visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute commercial photo shoots for products, brands, campaigns, and corporate requirements
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand briefs and objectives
• Manage studio and on-location shoots, including lighting, composition, and camera setup
• Ensure visual consistency with brand identity and campaign goals
• Perform post-production tasks including photo selection, retouching, color correction, and editing
• Coordinate with stylists, models, makeup artists, and production teams when required
• Maintain and manage photography equipment and studio setup
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
• Stay updated with industry trends, styles, and photography techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Photographer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, product, lifestyle, or brand photography
• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio lighting setups
• Expertise in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with advertising agencies or brand campaigns
• Knowledge of basic videography or content creation is a plus
• Familiarity with e-commerce photography standards
• Experience with outdoor and location shoots
