Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and create engaging motion graphics and animations for various projects.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts to present creative ideas.
• Design and animate 2D/3D elements, typography, and special effects.
• Edit video content and integrate motion graphics seamlessly into projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in motion design and animation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Lead or mentor junior designers to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators and marketing professionals, to align on project objectives.
• Bring a creative and problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges in storytelling and animation design.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the team’s creative output and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work.
• Proficiency in design and animation software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
