Role Overview: As a consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be utilizing your 25 years of consulting experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences from Tier 1 or Tier 2 management consulting firms. Your role will involve deep domain expertise in areas such as Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, or Digital Health, along with advanced knowledge of development, regulatory, clinical, and commercial aspects of the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including client pursuit, acquisition, RFP support, proposal development, delivery, and retention. Additionally, you will create thought leadership content and points of view, leveraging industry databases like clinicaltrials.gov and FDA, as well as subscription sources such as Factiva and PubMed. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your deep domain expertise in Healthcare and Life Sciences to provide strategic consulting services - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from client pursuit to delivery, including thought leadership content creation - Synthesize business information into actionable insights and deliver impactful client presentations - Collaborate with multicultural teams across multiple countries and time zones - Leverage advanced proficiency in MS Office to successfully lead projects and teams under high-pressure situations Qualifications Required: - 25 years of consulting experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences with Tier 1 or Tier 2 management consulting firms - Deep domain expertise in at least one area such as Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, or Digital Health - Familiarity with industry databases like clinicaltrials.gov and FDA, and subscription sources such as Factiva and PubMed - Strong client service orientation, proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High learning agility, collaborative team player mindset, and consistent record of achievements in dynamic environments In addition, Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner that helps organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
