Commercial Operations Analyst

Are you ready to play a critical role in enhancing business operations and client satisfaction New Relic is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Deal Management and Commercial Operations team. This position is essential in fostering positive customer relationships while navigating our shift to a consumption-based pricing model. As a Commercial Operations Analyst at New Relic, you will maintain strong relationships with customers, skillfully managing disputes while balancing business objectives. Your role also involves consolidating and sharing customer feedback to drive enhancements in product offerings and operational processes. Enforcing adherence to New Relic's policies and procedures, you ensure consistent and reliable operations. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, you provide exceptional service and support. Effective multitasking and management of open cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also execute basic project management tasks, such as planning, tracking, and reporting on smaller scale projects. Facilitating communication and coordination between teams for smooth project execution will be key in this role. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of customer service or related experience. Strong organizational skills are required with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic project management skills are needed to independently plan, document, and communicate project developments. Your proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals effectively will be crucial in this position. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
