The Candidate:
B Com., M Com. with 1 to 3 years of Exp. in contract drafting.
LLB will be an added Qualification.
Communication in English is Mandatory. Should be versed with MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT)
Job Description:
The Candidate will be responsible to go through in detail of Contracts, which include commercial & statuitory terms and conditions.
Will need to anticipate & highlights potential threats and recommend remedial measures to protect the interest of the clients.
Timely review of the KPI's with the customers.
Alert designated body or person about any non complainces and present the MIS before the management concerned.
Get updates through relevant establishment and bodies about the National and International laws and bylaws, and ensure to include such in the Check lists.
Maintaining data and update MIS
Working with a small dedicated team.
Perks: Rs. 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA
Locals from Vadodara will be preferred.
