Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Interior Site Engineer located in Gurugram. The position involves overseeing and managing on-site operations for commercial interior projects. Daily responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, structural and civil engineering work, and ensuring that the project aligns with design specifications. The role requires proactive problem-solving and effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project management and oversight.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, clients, and team members effectively.
• Expertise in quality control to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Technical knowledge in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
