Role Description

Idealspaze is seeking a talented Commercial Interior Designer – Lead to oversee and execute interior design projects. The role involves conceptualizing design themes, space planning, creating construction drawings, and overseeing FF&E integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of experience in commercial interior design

Strong experience in client handling and presentations

Proven background in office & commercial fit-outs

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

Experience in turnkey commercial interiors

Team-leading or mentoring experience

Strong knowledge of materials, vendors, and execution processes
