Commercial Compliance Officer

As a Commercial Compliance Officer at Komatsu, you will be supporting the Surface mining project at West Bokaro. Your role involves generating business and handling commercial documentation & compliance for Surface Mining Loaders. You will also be responsible for ensuring high safety and security standards by establishing safe operating procedures and attending safety meetings. Additionally, you will manage spare parts business generation in coordination with the project team, prepare Yearly Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts, track and achieve them, implement Price revisions in line with Contract terms, and collaborate closely with the Project team at Ghatotand and other departments for desired results. You will also undertake any other tasks assigned by the Management. Qualifications/Requirements: - Must possess Commercial Acumen - Certification/specialization in Sales/Marketing/Finance preferred - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering preferred - Experience in negotiating contracts, managing customer relationships, and developing technical proposals - Strong network of industry contacts, market research, and analysis skills - Good Computer knowledge - Preferably below 35 years of age - Excellent organizational and communication skills This role requires a techno-commercial profile with business acumen, focusing on understanding customer needs, translating them into technical solutions, and securing business.
