Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Commercial Building Onboarding Specialist located in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for onboarding commercial buildings to the FodXpert platform, including conducting site assessments, coordinating with building management, and ensuring successful integration of services. Daily tasks include managing onboarding schedules, providing training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding processes. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with building management and stakeholders Ability to conduct site assessments and coordinate onboarding processes Experience in providing training and support to new users Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during onboarding Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Proficiency in using onboarding and project management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Show more Show less
