Commerce Teacher

About Us:

We are a growing coaching academy committed to providing high-quality education and academic support to students. Our focus is on discipline, concept clarity, and academic excellence. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commerce Teacher to join our team and guide students from Std. XI – XII (Commerce stream) and competitive exam foundation courses.

Job Responsibilities:

* Teach subjects under the Commerce stream (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, etc.)

* Ensure lesson preparedness before each class, including explanations, question-answers, and relevant examples.

* Conduct regular tests, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students.

* Maintain class discipline and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

* Work in alignment with academy guidelines and ensure syllabus completion at least one week before examinations.

* Track academic progress of students and communicate effectively with parents when required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA/CS/ICWA background preferred).

* Prior teaching/coaching experience will be an added advantage.

* Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.

* Good communication and classroom management skills.

* Commitment to maintaining discipline and academic progress.

Job Details:

Location: Limelight Academy, 2nd Floor, Invegenius Foundation Building, Near Bishop's School, Undri, Pune 411060

Timings: Mon-Sat 4:30pm to 7:00pm (Part-time)

Remuneration: Rs.5000/-per month.
