Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics as applicable) as per CBSE syllabus.
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centric lessons using effective teaching methodologies.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
Conduct periodic tests, examinations, and evaluate answer scripts as per CBSE guidelines.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
Support students academic growth through mentoring, remedial classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Integrate technology and real-life business examples into teaching.
Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and academic outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
Uphold school policies, discipline, and ethical standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Subject matter expertise in Commerce disciplines. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.

Student-focused approach with the ability to motivate learners.
