Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commerce Lecturer based in Karur. The Commerce Lecturer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in commerce-related subjects, developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, and preparing educational materials. They will also evaluate student performance, provide guidance and support, and assist in developing coursework to meet academic and professional standards. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure effective teaching and active participation in institutional academic activities are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong subject expertise in Commerce and related disciplines
• Ability to prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and lectures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage teaching schedules and academic responsibilities
• Experience in research and staying updated with market and academic trends in commerce education
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for educational purposes
• Master’s degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Teaching experience and/or relevant professional certifications are advantageous
