Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP Hybris L2 Support Engineer responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Hybris-based e-commerce platforms. The role involves incident management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting critical storefront functionalities including Cart, Checkout, Promotions, and Search. You will serve as the first point of escalation for technical issues, providing timely resolutions in accordance with defined SLA metrics, tracked via ServiceNow or JIRA.
The position also requires close collaboration with L3 engineering teams to resolve code-level defects and support end-to-end integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, inventory management, and order processing systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP Hybris architecture, with hands-on experience in Impex scripts, Java/Spring framework, and familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Kibana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Candidates must be open to working in rotational on-call shifts and be available for weekend support as needed. This is a critical support role that requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure consistent platform reliability and performance.
