📌 Qualification : *B.SC (Chemistry) or 12th Science with diploma from CIPET or major university*🔅 Experience Level : *Proven experience of min 3-4 years in a relevant role.*📍 Location : *PAWANE, NAVI MUMBAI*🔅 Salary : *40K TO 70K(Depends upon the seniority)*

Key Responsibility

• Colour Formulation: Develop, adjust, and match colours for plastic masterbatches
  

and additives according to customer requirements and specifications.

• Colour Matching: Utilize colour-matching equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers) to
  

match colours accurately in various polymer bases.

• Sample Preparation: Prepare colour samples for customer approval, ensuring
  

consistency in colour, opacity, and other properties.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and solve colour matching issues that arise during
  

production, making necessary adjustments to formulations.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of colour formulations, production
  

batches, and any adjustments made during the colour matching process.

• Quality Control: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that final
  

products meet colour, quality, and consistency standards.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with production, R&D, and sales teams to understand
  

customer needs and ensure timely delivery of colour-matched products.

• Testing: Conduct physical and visual tests on materials to confirm colour accuracy
  

and compliance with industry standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, new pigments, and
  

colorants, and suggest improvements to the colour matching process.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in handling chemicals
  

and operating machinery.

• REQUIREMENTS* :
  

Any previous experience in R&D dept.
