Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Color Consultant located in Gurugram. The Color Consultant will work closely with clients to develop tailored color palettes for interiors and exteriors. Day-to-day tasks include applying color theory, conducting consultations to understand client needs, creating mood boards, providing recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized services. The role also involves collaboration with sales and customer service teams to meet project goals and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Color Consulting and Color Theory
• Knowledge of paint applications and color interactions
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong client relationships
• Prior experience in design consultancy or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in creating visual presentations such as mood boards is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
