Collections Representative

You will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable processes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and documenting customer interactions. - Preparing regular reports on collection efforts, outstanding balances, and collection performance. - Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and finance to address customer concerns and improve the collections process. - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
