Job Title: Collection Executive Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Department: Collections Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and proactive Collection Executive to manage and oversee the process of recovering overdue payments from clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure timely collections and maintain positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with clients via phone, email, or visits for outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment status, and collection efforts. Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile customer accounts. Escalate unresolved issues to senior management with appropriate documentation. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on collections performance. Negotiate payment plans and ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor aging reports and ensure minimal delinquencies. Assist in legal recovery proceedings if necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or accounts receivable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Customer-oriented with a professional attitude. Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles is a plus. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
