Job Description: We are looking for Telecaller – Collections to join our recovery team. Responsibilities: Dealing with bankers / clients directly for there needs & daily reporting & reviews. Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMIs and loan recovery. Explain payment terms, negotiate repayment, and record commitments (PTP/FPTP). Update call feedback and follow-up status in internal records. Coordinate with the field team for visits if required. Maintain professionalism and compliance while dealing with customers. Requirements: Prior experience in loan collection or recovery is preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, or local language. Must have basic knowledge of using mobile apps or Excel. Target-oriented and disciplined approach. Should be hands on, working with excel. Job Type: Full-time (Telecalling – Office Based) Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
