Collection Executive (Tele Calling)

As a Collection Executive (Tele Calling) at Chinmay Finlease Limited, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle credit control and debt collection activities. You will be based in Ahmedabad and will play a crucial role in communicating with clients, leveraging analytical skills, and managing various finance-related tasks on a daily basis. Your duties will involve contacting debtors via telephone to negotiate debt recovery, utilizing publicly available databases to track down defaulters by analyzing Credit Bureau information, conducting background checks, and reviewing loan documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to communicate about their overdue loans, preparing detailed daily activity reports and Management Information System (MIS), as well as managing both outbound and inbound calls from customers.
