Qualification

Graduate preferred (Not mandatory)
Candidates with relevant experience will be considered even without graduation

Experience

Minimum
24 years
of experience in
Collections
Banking or NBFC background is
highly preferred
Strong experience in field collections and overdue recovery
Experience in working on Accounts Receviable processes will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on
overdue accounts
across assigned portfolios
Conduct
field visits
for payment collection, customer follow-ups, and settlement discussions
Achieve monthly and quarterly
collection targets
Maintain daily MIS reports of visits, collections, and customer commitments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate internally for payment updates, settlement requests, and account closures
Assist in managing
NPA cases
and basic legal coordination
Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships

Required Skills

Good negotiation and persuasion ability
Understanding of banking collections processes
Ability to work under pressure and manage field activities
Willingness to travel extensively for collections
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes is preferred
