The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with students and ensure timely collection of pending course fees. *Key Responsibilities:* • Follow up with students (via phone, email, or in person) for fee collection as per the payment schedule. • Maintain accurate records of payments, dues, and follow-up status. • Coordinate with the accounts and admin departments for collection-related matters. • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly collection reports. • Ensure collection targets are met on time. *Candidate Requirements:* • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (preferably from an educational institution or related sector). • Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English. • Willing to work from the Velachery location. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
