Job Title: Collection Executive Designation: Collection Executive Location: Bajaj Capital - Vaishnavi Safar Mall, Besides Yeshwantpur Metro Station, Yeshwantpur, Bangalore Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass & Above Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply Preferred Candidate: Male Only (Bike Mandatory) Age Limit: 19 to 39 years Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CYC) Key Responsibilities: Visit customers for payment collections. Ensure timely recovery of dues and maintain proper documentation. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Report daily collection status to the reporting manager. Handle collection-related queries and resolve issues. Requirements: Candidate must own a bike (mandatory). Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of collection process preferred.
