Job Description

As a Debt Collection Agent, your primary role will involve contacting customers through phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts. You will also be responsible for collecting agreements from customers and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the finance team to implement strategies aimed at expediting collections. Key Responsibilities: - Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts - Collect agreements from customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections - Provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of total work experience preferred Please note that the working hours for this role are from 9:30am to 5:30pm. However, you should be willing to go for agreement collection if any customer contacts you after or before duty hours. Travelling Allowance will be provided as per the fixed amount for the route. Please note: The company offers full-time and permanent job types. This position is open for fresher candidates. The work location for this role is in person.
