Job Description

As a Debt Recovery/Collection Executive, your main responsibility will be to establish a positive relationship with customers, comprehend their financial circumstances, and offer appropriate solutions. You will be expected to address customer objections, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Meeting or surpassing monthly collection targets and revenue objectives is a key aspect of this role. In terms of communication and negotiation, you will be required to communicate effectively with customers, internal team members, and external partners. It is essential to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Regularly providing collection reports and updates to the collection manager or team lead is also part of your duties. Maintaining personal safety during field visits and upholding the confidentiality and security of customer information are crucial aspects of this position. This role offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid time off, and a day shift schedule. Additionally, a performance bonus may be provided based on achievements.
