Collection Executive of the Credit Monitoring Department is responsible for visiting/calling all the allotted customers and collecting maximum recovery from their accounts, and apply suitable recovery methods for effective recovery. He/she shall be responsible for managing the accounts and report to their HOD on a day to day basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of Collection Executive
1. Follow up with the allotted customers for collection and achieving monthly target.
2. Collection Executive should visit a minimum of 5 members in a day and a minimum of 10 calls to the members from the allotted list.
3. If no response from the members, definitely the collection executive should visit the co applicant and guarantors for effective recovery.
4. Collection Executive should share the current location/GPS of visited customers in the WhatsApp group along with feedback of the member.
5. After the closing, the collection executive should share his/her daily report in the WhatsApp group.
6. Collection Executive should submit their TA Form enclosed with the feedback of the visited members on a weekly basis.
7. Base Target should be achieved for eligibility of collection incentive. If collection is below the base target, then they are not eligible for incentive.
