Contacting Customers: Reach out to clients via phone, or visits to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of collections, cash handling, and customer interactions.
Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies professionally.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in finance or business may be preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in collections, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
