We are looking for a Collection Telecaller to contact customers and remind them of overdue payments. Outbound calling to the customers maintain proper feedback files and follow up with the PTP stock Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments. Follow up on previously contacted debtors. Explain billing details, payment terms, and consequences of non-payment. Negotiate payment plans or settlements within company guidelines. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database. Escalate complex cases to senior staff or legal team as needed. Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
