Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Executive located in Rajahmundry. The Collections Executive will be responsible for managing and executing collection activities, contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, reducing outstanding debts, and coordinating with other departments to resolve any issues related to collections.

• Experience in Collections, Debt Recovery, and Payment Negotiation
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
• Basic Knowledge of Financial and Accounting Principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a financial services company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
