Cold Storage Manager – Ice Cream / Frozen Foods

We are looking for a experienced & detail-oriented Manager to manage the Ice cream & frozen foods Distribution operations for our facility in Phursungi. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling stock, preferably in the ice cream, food, or FMCG industry. The role demands efficient stock control, timely issuance to production, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities : -Inventory Management & Material Reconciliation -Hands-on experience with FIFO/FEFO and cold storage hygiene standards -Proficiency in Excel reporting (receipt reports, issue logs, stock availability) -Maintain minimum, maximum, and re-order stock levels in line with company policy. -Maintain hygienic storage conditions in compliance with FSSAI norms -Leadership skills for cold storage team coordination Preferred Industry Experience: -Ice Cream / Frozen Products
