Cold Outreach Specialist

Hey, I'm Cristian, founder of Ken AI, based in San Francisco. We are searching for a very good cold outreach specialist who can take care of all of our campaigns for us and our clients.

We have a high bar for copywriting, and are already performing great. We just need to scale, which is where you come in.

What we offer

• $1,500/mo

  salary

• 20% share

  of client performance fees. We have a retainer + performance pricing model, and you get a share out of the performance fees. Estimated to be an extra $1,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on your campaign performance

  with flexible hours (except meetings), in any location

Who are we searching for

We are searching for a Cold Outreach Specialist who can help our clients get the best results they could using our services & tech.

Here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. Write great email copy (~60% of your time)
2. Write AI prompts to personalize the email copy for each prospect (~20% of your time)
3. Solve client requests together with the team (~10% of your time)
4. Identify and target ICP (~5% of your time)
5. Use list building tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to create a targeted list
6. Strategize with our team & our clients on how to blend cold email to their GTM strategy (~5% of your time)
7. Dream about how to make them successful :) (110%+ of your time)

Who are our clients?

They’re the coolest people ever, I love them. Some of them have sold businesses for $100M+, others are building exciting AI companies, some are throwing gold advice with everyone they meet, and someone has a dog that keeps interrupting our meetings every 7 min (official stat).

On a serious note, most of our clients are B2B SaaS decision makers (CEO, founders, VP of Sales) and do $1M-$10M annual revenue.
