We have a high bar for copywriting, and are already performing great. We just need to scale, which is where you come in. What we offer $1,500/mo salary 20% share of client performance fees We have a retainer + performance pricing model, and you get a share out of the performance fees Estimated to be an extra $1,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on your campaign performance This is a remote full-time position with flexible hours (except meetings), in any location Financial support for co-working spaces, education, and tools Who are we searching for We are searching for a Cold Outreach Specialist who can help our clients get the best results they could using our services & tech. Heres what youll need to do: Write great email copy (~60% of your time) Write AI prompts to personalize the email copy for each prospect (~20% of your time) Solve client requests together with the team (~10% of your time) Identify and target ICP (~5% of your time) Use list building tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to create a targeted list Strategize with our team & our clients on how to blend cold email to their GTM strategy (~5% of your time) Dream about how to make them successful :) (110%+ of your time) ---- Want to apply?
