Cold Calling Specialist -Night Shift

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cold Calling Specialist to conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to businesses, focusing on gathering data related to toner usage, printer supplies, and cartridge requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and CRM systems.

You will be expected to make 70–80 outbound calls per day, collect and organize critical information, and pass qualified leads to the sales team. This position supports business operations in the US EST time zone, and is open to Work from Office only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 70–80 outbound B2B cold calls daily
• Collect and record data on toner usage, printer models, and cartridge needs
• Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone
• Identify potential leads and transfer qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Handle objections and gatekeepers with professionalism and persistence
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and data quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
• Ability to manage 70–80 calls daily with consistent performance
• Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone
• Excellent listening and data entry skills for capturing accurate information
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
• Basic computer literacy – capable of using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and calling software
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the printing supplies or office equipment industry
• Familiarity with auto-dialers or outbound calling platforms
• Experience working with international or US-based clients

Salary no bar – based on experience and skill

Work from Office Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
