Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads from international markets through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads in the IT sector through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across international markets.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the business development team for further discussions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales / lead generation / cold calling for international clients.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the IT services and software sales domain.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
