Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Cold Calling Executive to join our staffing and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by calling potential clients across the UAE market, presenting our staffing solutions, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers across various industries in the UAE. Pitch staffing and recruitment services professionally and effectively. Identify client needs and propose suitable talent solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings. Maintain CRM with accurate client interaction data and updates. Follow up with leads consistently to nurture client relationships. Coordinate with internal recruiters to understand available talent pools. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation (preferably in staffing or recruitment industry). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Familiarity with the UAE market and client landscape. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. MUST have : Prior experience in UAE recruitment/staffing services. Arabic language proficiency is a plus. Experience in B2B client acquisition.
