Cold Caller (US Market)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist (Cold Calling) located in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, identifying customer needs, offering solutions, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will also assist in customer support and training as required. Since it is B2B, you need to understand the game of sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Cold Calling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales and ability to close deals
• Experience in Sales- US market
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work Target based and team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the telesales or customer service sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
