As part of Zipbolt's mission to Electrify Mobility and Accelerate India's EV adoption, you will be involved in Intelligent 2nd Life deployments, focusing on Smart battery packs for swapping systems and DC Fast Chargers for Electric vehicles. The company's IoT-enabled AI SaaS solution targets areas such as EV Fleets, OEMs, and Battery Swapping networks to drive innovation in the EV industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the company as a Co-founder / Advisor / Angel, requiring expertise in Co-Founder/C-suite positions in seed/pre-Series startups. - Possess a PhD/Financial/Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience in the EV/AI/SaaS Tech industry. - Participate in fundraising activities with an investment amount for Equity % up to INR 2 Cr. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Co-Founder/C-suite positions in seed/pre-Series startups. - Educational background with a PhD/Financial/Master's degree in EV/AI/SaaS Tech industry. - Willingness to invest in the company's Equity, with the opportunity open till September 2025. Zipbolt operates at the seed stage, with revenues growing 2-3X year-on-year and plans to expand across Pan India cities this year. The company raised its incubation/pre-seed round of $100k in 2024, with eminent Angels also participating. This role does not offer a salary until the investment round is raised, but it provides profit sharing, stock options, and commissions based on the agreed equity shares against capital infused and vesting schedule.,
