Ltd. (GBT) is seeking an experienced Insurance Verification & ASC Billing/Coding Specialist to support US-based provider operations. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in insurance eligibility & benefits verification, prior authorizations, and ASC billing/coding, with mandatory experience in Pain Management. Key Responsibilities Insurance Verification & Authorizations • Perform US insurance eligibility and benefits verification for pain management and surgical procedures • Verify ASC benefits, deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, out-of-pocket limits, and coverage exclusions • Handle prior authorizations for pain management and surgical procedures • Validate payer-specific rules for pain management procedures • Accurately document verification and authorization details in EMR / PM systems ASC Billing & Coding Support • Support ASC billing workflows for pain management cases • Review and validate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes • Ensure compliance with ASC billing guidelines, CMS rules, and payer policies • Perform charge review and pre-bill validation to prevent billing errors Compliance & Operations • Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and US payer regulations • Participate in quality audits and process improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience • 2–5 years of experience in US healthcare provider operations • Mandatory: 1+ year of hands-on Pain Management experience • Strong experience in Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification • Mandatory experience in Prior Authorizations • Working knowledge of ASC billing and coding • Practical understanding of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS • Experience with EMR / PM systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW), HST, or similar • Experience with US Commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid • Willingness to work US Dallas (CST) shift from Bengaluru office Preferred • Experience supporting Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) • CPC / COC / CCS certification (good to have, not mandatory)
