As a Coding Teacher at Codingal, you will play a crucial role in inspiring school students to fall in love with coding. You will have the opportunity to teach coding in a fun and engaging way via online classes, empowering young minds to learn Computer Science and build apps, games, and websites. Your responsibilities will include assessing students' progress, evaluating assignments, giving constructive feedback, and conducting regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians. You will be required to be available for at least 135 hours in a month, with a focus on evenings on weekdays and longer hours on weekends. To excel in this role, you must have a passion for teaching school students, a curious mind, and an engineering background. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus. Critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and a computer science degree or coding background are also necessary. You will need a laptop with a camera & microphone and a good internet connection.
