Job Description

Job Summary:

Prepare high-quality Coastal and Continental dishes while maintaining taste consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Coastal dishes (Goan, Malvani, Konkan, seafood-based cuisines)
  • Prepare Continental cuisine dishes (Italian, European basics)
  • Ensure authentic taste, portion control, and presentation
  • Plan menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
  • Handle mise-en-place, inventory, and food costing
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
  • Train and supervise commis and kitchen staff

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Coastal & Continental cuisine
  • Strong seafood handling knowledge
  • Menu planning and plating skills
  • Kitchen coordination and time management
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Culinary diploma/degree preferred
  • Relevant hotel/restaurant experience mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
