**Job Description** **Role Overview:** TEAMLABS/ is a radical learning laboratory that promotes educational experiences based on team entrepreneurship and learning by doing. As a Team Coach, you will accompany and facilitate the learning process of one of the teams during their stay in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate learning and reflection sessions during the international experience. - Support the development of real entrepreneurship and innovation projects. - Connect learnings with the local context and scheduled visits in Mumbai and Pune. - Encourage collaboration, self-management, and shared leadership within the team. - Assist in local coordination, leveraging your knowledge of the environment and professional networks. **Qualifications Required:** - Reside in India (Mumbai/Pune or surrounding areas) or have lived/worked there for several years. - Experience as a coach, mentor, or team facilitator in educational or entrepreneurial projects. - Familiarity with active methodologies such as learning by doing, team learning, and team coaching. - Ability to navigate autonomously in changing and multicultural environments. - Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a highly valued plus. - Available to accompany the team during the six weeks of the journey (Feb-Apr 2026). **Additional Details:** TEAMLABS/ is part of the Mondragon Team Academy and Mondragon Unibertsitatea, known as one of the most innovative cooperative universities in Europe.
