Job Responsibilities:

As a Co-Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the main teacher in delivering engaging and effective classroom experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in planning and implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.

- Supporting the main teacher in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining a positive learning environment.

- Helping to prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids.

- Engaging with students to foster their academic and personal growth.

- Providing individualized support to students as needed.

- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (NTT/ECCE qualifications are also acceptable).

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or co-teaching role.

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards working with children.

- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
