Job Description

Corporate Sales Manager

Candidate Must have Jewellery Sales Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
    • Understand clients jewellery needs and showcase designs from existing stock as well as tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet corporate sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the corporate sector.
    • Present and sell a range of jewellery products (customized jewellery, light weight collections, Bridal collections, etc.) to corporate clients.
    • Organize and manage corporate sales events, exhibitions, or presentations to generate interest and sales.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Provide feedback to the management to help in the development of new product lines based on client demands.
    • Lead negotiations with corporate clients to finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Handle high-value corporate orders, ensuring the seamless execution from initial inquiry to order fulfilment and try to upsell as well as cross sell by showing new designs.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and competitor analysis reports to senior management.
    • Regular attendance in the sales app and maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM, sales transactions, and order details.
    • Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual sales report as per defined format for presentation to the management.
    • Work closely with the designing team to get the designs sketched & CAD/CAM created as per customers requirements.
    • Co-ordination with the production department to ensure customized jewellery requirements are met.
    • Coordinate with order processing department & logistics department to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales, in the jewellery industry.
    • Experience handling high-value sales transactions and working with corporate clients.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet sales targets.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.
