Co-ordinator

As a Client Support professional, you will be responsible for handling document management tasks efficiently. This includes organizing and maintaining documents in a systematic manner to ensure easy access and retrieval when required. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively communicate and coordinate with both internal teams and external clients to provide necessary support and address any queries or concerns in a timely manner. In this role, you will also be involved in various administrative tasks to assist in the smooth functioning of the client support operations. This may include scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling other related tasks as needed. Data management is another crucial aspect of the job, where you will be required to manage and update client information accurately and securely. Data validation is an essential part of the responsibilities, where you will need to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by verifying and validating information through various processes. This helps in maintaining the integrity of the data and providing reliable support to clients.
