Eligibility Criteria: Local Resident: Candidate must be a resident of Gurugram . Age Requirement: Must be 35 years or above . Marital Status: Only married candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Oversee academic and co-curricular planning and implementation for designated grades or departments. Coordinate between teachers, administration, and parents to ensure smooth functioning of the academic schedule. Supervise and support teachers in curriculum delivery and classroom management. Plan and execute school events, meetings, and other academic activities. Monitor student progress and facilitate timely interventions as needed. Ensure adherence to school policies and uphold discipline and ethics within the team. Desired Skills & Qualities: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing academic teams or grade-level coordination. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic school environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
