Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-founder with investment, located in Gurugram. The Co-founder will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic initiatives, managing daily operations, and coordinating with various service providers. Collaboration with stakeholders, leading sales and marketing efforts, and conducting research to identify market opportunities are key tasks for this role.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Willingness to invest 20-30 Lakh or take 20% equity
• Previous experience in a startup, home services, or health services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
